Liz is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach with a Master’s in Exercise Science from the United States Sports Academy.  Her passion lies in working one-on-one with clients, especially older adults, to master the fundamentals of functional fitness and strength training.  From power lifts to Olympic lifts, she helps clients build strength and mobility needed for everyday life. Strength training is especially important as we age-it helps maintain muscle mass, improves bone density, and enhances overall quality of life.  Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to refine your technique, Liz is here to provide personalized coaching and support you with your goals!
