I am a Group Exercise Instructor at the 

Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center.  I teach Free Weight Fitness, Core Balance and Stretch.

 

From track in high school, fencing with WSU

Fencing Team, Ballroom Dancing to being a Group Fitness Instructor, I've always enjoyed

being active.

 

I love teaching and helping people from 18 to 80+ reach their fitness goals.  You are my 

inspiration!
